1. What car models are available and what are the daily rates?
We have a wide fleet of vehicles available for rent. Below is a list with estimated daily rates:

2. Are rental prices the same for local and international customers?
Yes, our prices are the same for all customers.
3. How can I book a rental car?
Bookings can be made easily via the online form on our website or through WhatsApp.
4. What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 2 days. For rentals of less than 2 days, please contact our admin for special arrangements.
5. Is vehicle delivery included?
Yes. We provide free delivery to the airport or any hotel in Kuching town centre for rentals of 2 days or more. Surcharges may apply for delivery to remote locations.
6. Are there charges for late-night delivery?
Yes, the following surcharges apply for deliveries outside of standard office hours:
9:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight): RM40
12:00 AM – 2:00 AM: RM60
7. Is a security deposit required?
A security deposit is required for weekly/monthly rentals and for all vehicles in the Premium category.
8. What is the cancellation policy for car rentals?
Early bird cancellation (2 weeks or more in advance): Full deposit refund.
Cancellation 3 days or more before rental date: 50% deposit refund.
Cancellation less than 3 days before rental date: The deposit is non-refundable.
9. What is the fuel policy?
You are required to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you picked it up.
10. Can I drive the rental car outside of the Kuching area?
The use of the vehicle is restricted to the Kuching division only. An additional charge will apply if you drive beyond the Serian district. Please inform us in advance if you plan to do so.
11. What should I do if the car breaks down or I get into an accident?
Please call our support hotline immediately.
For breakdowns (e.g., battery or engine failure): We will arrange for a replacement car.
In case of an accident: The renter is responsible for damages. We highly recommend purchasing the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) to reduce your liability.
12. Are the cars insured?
Yes, all our cars are covered by comprehensive insurance. You have the option to purchase a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for additional protection.
13. Are there any restrictions on vehicle usage?
To maintain the condition of our vehicles, the following are strictly prohibited:
Pets in the vehicle.
Smoking in the vehicle.
Transporting or consuming illegal substances.
Carrying strong-smelling items like durian or salted fish.
14. Do I need to clean the car before returning it?
No. All cars are delivered clean, and you do not need to wash the car before returning it.
15. Are parking coupons provided?
Yes, we provide three (3) complimentary parking coupons. You can easily purchase more from nearby convenience stores if needed.
Airport Transfers & City Tours
1. What types of vehicles available for airport transfers in Kuching?
We offer a variety of vehicles to suit your needs:
Sedan Car: Ideal for 1-3 passengers.
MPV (e.g., Toyota Innova): Suitable for 4-6 passengers.
Hiace Van / 10-seater Van: Perfect for 7-10 passengers.
13-seater Van: For larger groups of up to 13 passengers.
2. What are the rates for airport transfers?
Our rates are fixed for a one-way trip to or from Kuching International Airport (KIA):
Sedan (1-3 pax): RM70
MPV (4-6 pax): RM100
Hiace Van (7-10 pax): RM120
13-seater Van: RM150
3. What is included in the Kuching city tour package?
Our full-day city tour package runs from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The tour covers popular destinations in Kuching such as the Kuching Waterfront, Sarawak Cultural Village, and more (subject to the agreed itinerary).
4. What are the rates for the city tour packages?
The following are our rates for a full-day (13-hour) private tour:
Sedan (1-3 pax): RM300
MPV (4-5 pax): RM430
Hiace Van (7-10 pax): RM450
Nissan Van (13 pax): RM530
New Hiace Van (10 pax): RM580
5. Any charges if the tour extends beyond the scheduled time?
Yes, an overtime charge of RM30 per hour applies for tours that continue past 10:00 PM.
6. How do I book an airport transfer or city tour?
You can book through the online form on our website or directly via WhatsApp.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Early bird cancellation (2 weeks or more in advance): Full refund of your deposit.
Cancellation 3 days or more before arrival date: 50% refund of your deposit.
Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival date: No refund will be provided.
